Model 1225

The Model 1225 is a lightweight suppressor intended for 22 rimfire only. It is not full-auto rated. It consists of three pieces:

1) The body: 6061 aluminum tubing with a permanent, crimped and welded 1/2x28 tpi thread adapter.

2) The stack: The base model comes with a FDM printed PET-CF or PET-GF baffle stack.

3) The end-cap: 6061 aluminum incorporating a 1/2" hex socket for easy disassembly and maintenence.

Installation instructions:

Hand tighten (righty-tighty!) on your threaded barrel of choice. Enjoy.

Shims may be used for a secure fit. DO NOT use crush washers or lock-washers. The device locates against the barrel cannelure not the threads. Misalignment may occur.

Service:

Unload your firearm and make it safe.

Remove the suppressor by turning it to the left. Remember that suppressors can be hot. Carbon build-up can make the device difficult to remove. Use a strap wrench or SOFT pliers if necessary AT THE BASE of the suppressor where it meets the barrel. Too much force can distort the body and damage the device.

Remove the endcap by turning it to the left with the included wrench (or any 1/2" hex wrench). Try not to lose it.

Push the stack out of the can with a dowel (a ballpoint pen works). Wash with warm water, soap and 70/90% IPA (if needed) for best results. FDM materials are not generally considered dishwasher safe, but you do you.

We will replace your stack for free for any reason for the lifetime of the device.

Replace the stack by fully inserting it into the body with the open "cup" (blast baffle) in first. Add a small amount of "anti-sieze" lubricant to the threads and replace the cap. Tighten it with the wrench until it seats firmly. Slight compression of the stack is what keeps the endcap in place.  If you can shake the can and you hear it rattle, it needs to be tighter.
